This one-day deep dive offers a full spectrum experience: from learning technique to releasing stored tension and reclaiming authentic expression.
Duration: 6–7 hours (plus lunch break)

Develop somatic awareness of breath and tone production.
Practice trauma-informed techniques to access voice safely.
Connect the voice with personal empowerment and expression.
Release emotional blockages through embodied singing.

Exploring overtone singing, toning, and healing frequencies to create internal coherence.Lunch Break (60 min)
Somatic Release Through Song (90 min)
Use improvisation, movement, and vocal expression to release stuck energy. Incorporates some trauma-informed breathwork.Spot-Coaching & Group Practice (60 min)
