Offerings

Heal Wellness Centers offers embodied, voice-based experiences grounded in somatic practice, psychology, and nervous system awareness.

Our current offerings focus on group-based somatic singing workshops, designed to support regulation, emotional integration, and embodied presence through voice, breath, and sensation.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Somatic Singing Workshops

Guided somatic voice experiences inviting participants into deeper connection with body, voice, and inner awareness. The work emphasizes embodied listening, sensation, and resonance rather than performance or technique.

These workshops may support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, embodied self-trust, and relational attunement.
No prior singing experience is required; listening, silence, and gentle participation are always welcome.

Facilitation & Institutional Work

Customized somatic voice work for teams and organizations, designed to support sustainable wellbeing, burnout prevention, and psychologically safe group culture.

Facilitated sessions integrate voice, breath, and embodied awareness to support regulation, presence, and group coherence. Formats are adapted to context and may be offered as standalone sessions or part of ongoing programs.

Available in Switzerland and internationally.

Private & Collaborative Work (By Inquiry)

Christie also offers limited private sessions and collaborates with retreat hosts, organizations, and institutions seeking embodied, nervous-system-informed experiences.

These offerings are tailored to context and may include:

  • private somatic voice sessions

  • retreat-based facilitation

  • workshops for teams or communities

What Guides This Work

All offerings are facilitated with:
