Somatic Singing Experience
An Embodied Voice Experience for Presence, Resilience, and Connection
A half-day experiential workshop using voice, breath, and embodied practices to support nervous system regulation, authentic expression, and group coherence. Offered in corporate, retreat, and leadership off-site settings. No prior singing or musical background required.
The Experience
Rather than simply a performance or vocal training workshop, the Somatic Singing Experience is a guided, embodied experience that uses the voice as a pathway to presence, emotional regulation, and human connection.
Participants are invited to explore sound gently and at their own pace. Listening, silence, and non-verbal participation are always welcome. The emphasis is on safety, choice, and embodied awareness rather than technique or outcome.
This work supports individuals and groups in reconnecting with their own voice—both literally and metaphorically—in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and deeply human. While each workshop is a complete, standalone experience, the work lends itself to repetition over time as participants integrate and embody the practices introduced.
