Somatic Singing Workshops & Retreats
Embodied voice experiences for regulation, expression, and connection
What These Workshops Offer
Somatic Singing Workshops are guided, experiential group practices that use voice, breath, and embodied awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and a felt sense of connection.
The work is not performance-based and does not require musical training. Participation may include sounding, listening, silence, or gentle vocal exploration — all by invitation, never obligation.
These workshops are designed as complete experiences that can be attended once or revisited over time, each offering a slightly different doorway into embodied presence and voice.
