Step into a multisensory evening dedicated to one of nature’s most fascinating worlds — mushrooms. Beyond their culinary appeal, fungi hold the power to nourish, heal, and enhance both body and mind. This event invites you to explore their potential through taste, sound, and human connection.
The night begins with an apéro before moving into a panel conversation uniting voices from culinary art, science, sports, creativity, and brand culture. Each guest brings a unique perspective on how mushrooms influence performance, wellbeing, and perception.
After the discussion, guests are invited into an artistic dining installation created by Johanna Roth and Blanka Major — a high-end, sculptural food experience where art, design, and flavour merge into one. Throughout the evening, Seleminga (Anna Diallo) will weave her soundscapes into the atmosphere, creating a deeply sensory connection between sound, space, and taste.
