1-1 Somatic Singing Sessions
These sessions are a deeply somatic practice designed to release stored tension and open pathways of energy throughout the body. You can learn more about somatics here.
Through mindful presence, vocal and breath guidance, and intuitive movement, we work directly with the body’s wisdom to soften blockages and restore natural flow.
When approached with intention, this work can clear and balance the chakras—helping you feel more grounded, open in the heart, and connected to higher states of awareness.
With intention and preparation, it invites a profound recentering, emotional release, and an expanded sense of vitality and wholeness.

Threefold Journey: Body, mind, and spirit
Over a three-week period (one session per week), establish new habits to quiet the mind and tune into your body’s ancient wisdom. In these sessions, you can find your true voice, break through old patterns, and establish new ones with intention.
Our first session is about dropping into the body and opening up. For our second session, we go a bit deeper because it takes less time for your body to drop into stillness. For our last session, we focus on profound grounding and longer-term integration.
Example Session Flow
0–10 min:
Arrival, check-in, and attuning to your current state
10–20 min:
Dropping into the body — breath, stillness, gentle vocal toning
20–50 min:
Exploration through:
Breath work
Vocal activation (tones, notes, intuitive sound)
Somatic release and emotional expression
Guided attention to specific areas of the body or energy centers
50–65 min:
Integration — grounding, nervous system regulation, and gentle return
65–75 min:
Reflection and sharing (optional), anchoring insights and awareness
Session Length
While 60–75 minutes is effective, 90-minute sessions allow for deeper opening, expression, and integration—especially as the body becomes more receptive over time.
Sevenfold Journey — Voice, Body, and Energy Centers
A 7-week immersion through sound, sensation, and embodied awareness
This is an extended version of the threefold journey, allowing for the breaking up of more deeply- or longer-held patterns, and deeper integration or longer-term effects.
Over seven weeks (one session per week), we move through the body as an instrument of consciousness—awakening your system through voice, breath, and somatic exploration. While this journey is inspired by the 7 notes and 7 chakras, it is not confined to a strict one-chakra-per-week structure.
Instead, we follow the ancient wisdom of the body.
Some areas may ask for more time—such as the legs, arms, or specific energetic centers—allowing us to deepen where your system is ready to open, release, or integrate. This creates a more responsive, intuitive process where each session builds organically on the last.
Through this approach, your body learns safety as your voice expands, and your system reorganizes around greater coherence, presence, and truth.
You may begin to notice:
